Former Black Leopards and most recently Venḓa Football Club goalkeeper Rotshidzwa Muleka has completed a move to Motsepe Foundation Championship side Leicesterford City ahead of the 2026/27 season.
LimSportsZone has learnt that the 34-year-old has already put pen to paper, becoming the latest experienced addition to Leicesterford City’s squad as they bolster their ranks for the new season.
Born on 18 February 1992, Muleka began his professional career with Baroka FC, where he was part of the squad that won the 2015/16 National First Division title and secured promotion to the Premiership.
He joined Black Leopards in 2017 and spent six years at the Limpopo outfit, featuring in the Premiership, promotion/relegation playoffs and domestic cup competitions. Following his departure, the experienced shot-stopper signed for Venḓa Football Club in January 2024, where he continued competing in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
Known for his shot-stopping ability, composure on the ball and reliable distribution, Muleka arrives at Leicesterford City with more than a decade of professional experience and will be looking to add stability and leadership to the club’s goalkeeping department as they prepare for the 2026/27 campaign.
