The 2025/26 Betway Premiership season came to an end on Saturday afternoon as all Matchday 30 fixtures kicked off simultaneously across the country, delivering tense battles, late pressure, and important results at both ends of the table.
At the Seshego Stadium, Magesi FC ended their campaign with a narrow 1-0 victory over Richards Bay FC in a tightly contested encounter. Richards Bay fought hard away from home but could not find a way back after conceding in the match.
Meanwhile at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, Kaizer Chiefs suffered a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Chippa United on the final day of the season. Chiefs pushed for an equaliser in front of their home supporters but Chippa held firm to secure all three points.
At the King Zwelithini Stadium, Golden Arrows and TS Galaxy played out a goalless draw in a match with few clear-cut chances. Both sides showed defensive discipline, but neither could find the breakthrough before the final whistle.
In Chatsworth, AmaZulu FC finished their season on a high after edging Durban City FC 1-0 away from home. AmaZulu produced a disciplined performance to secure maximum points in their final fixture of the campaign.
The final round of fixtures brought the curtain down on another dramatic Betway Premiership season, with clubs now turning their attention to preparations for the upcoming campaign.
