Limpopo ABC Motsepe League side Makotopong Bahumi, affectionately known as The Rich Boys, have confirmed the appointment of Sello Chokoe as their new head coach.
Chokoe made a winning start to his tenure, leading The Rich Boys to a 2-0 victory over Eleven Fast Tigers in their Stream B season opener at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday.
The seasoned tactician brings a wealth of experience to the club, having previously coached Munaca FC, Emmanuel FC, and Baroka FC, among other Limpopo teams.
Club management expressed confidence that Chokoe’s leadership and tactical expertise will help the team mount a strong challenge in the league this season.
Chokoe commended his players for their disciplined and determined performance in his debut match, noting that the result provides a solid foundation for the campaign ahead.
The Rich Boys will aim to build on their winning start when they face Tubatse United in their next fixture on Friday, 14 November, away at the Mapodile Stadium.
