The abandoned match yesterday was confirmed on Sunday morning that the clash would be played at 13h00 as the draw for the last 16 is taking place on Wednesday.
Golden Arrows was leading 1-0 at halftime through Lungelo Nguse’s well kicked penalty before the game was abandoned.
The game started from scratch but Arrows continued to take the lead after 28 minutes, with Angelo van Rooi finding the back of the net with a well-taken finish after some good work by Isaac Cisse in the build up.
The lead was doubled just within ten minutes later when Cisse turned provider to play in Sede Dion, who rounded the Orbit goalkeeper before firing into the net.

Manqoba Mngqithi’s changes showed no signs of taking their foot off the pedal in the second half, Siyanda Ndlovu went close to adding a third goal just before the hour mark with a powerful volley from a tight angle that crashed against the crossbar.
The situation did not improve for Orbit, who were forced to make a change for the final 20 minutes when veteran defender Ramahlwe Mphahlele was unable to continue. He was replaced by Katlego Mkhabela.
The home side did wrap up the contest with 12 minutes left on the clock as a swift counter-attack ended with Ayabulela Maxwele calmly slotting home and sealing Arrows’ name in the hat for Wednesday’s draw.
