PEP has wrapped up its Women’s Month celebrations with the final PEP mini Netball Festivals in the Eastern Cape, continuing its investment in empowering young girls through sport.
The first festival was held on 21 August at Butterworth High School in Butterworth, followed by the final event on 26 August at Adelaide Primary School in Adelaide.
The festivals provided young players with an opportunity to participate in interactive activities and friendly matches while developing their netball skills, building confidence and fostering a love for the sport.
The events form part of PEP’s nationwide mini Netball programme, which aims to strengthen grassroots netball and create opportunities for young girls to learn, grow and aim high through sport.
