After securing a sixth-place finish in the Betway Premiership last season, AmaZulu FC have wasted no time strengthening their squad ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

Usuthu have announced the arrivals of Omega Mdaka, Mcedi Vandala, Khomotjo Lekoloane, Keenan Phillips, Gape Moralo, Faveur Kouassi, Moses Shumah and Tshepo Mashiloane as they look to build on last season’s progress.

The new additions bring a mix of experience, youth and quality to the squad, with the club aiming to improve its league standing while competing across multiple domestic competitions.

Having secured a top-eight finish last season, AmaZulu will begin the campaign in the MTN8 before turning their attention to the Betway Premiership. They will also compete in the Carling Knockout and the Nedbank Cup as they target a successful season on all fronts.

With their squad reinforced ahead of the new campaign, AmaZulu will be hoping the new signings can make an immediate impact and help the club make a strong impression across all competitions.
