Newly formed Goue Seuns FC has officially announced its entry into the SAFA Limpopo ABC Motsepe League after acquiring the league status of Tubatse United ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The Nzhelele-based club is expected to host its home matches at Rabali Stadium, under the Makhado Local Municipality.
Founded by local businessman and community builder Aifheli Mbedzi, Goue Seuns FC aims to develop local talent, inspire the next generation of footballers, and contribute to the growth of football across Limpopo.
The club has appointed former Bafana Bafana defender Luvhengo Mungomeni as its Sporting Director. Mungomeni enjoyed a distinguished playing career with Bush Bucks, Black Leopards, Mamelodi Sundowns and Moroka Swallows, while also representing the South African senior national team.
Following his retirement, Mungomeni transitioned into football management and coaching, serving as an assistant coach and scout at Venda Football Club before most recently working as assistant coach at fellow Limpopo ABC Motsepe League side Musina United.
Pre-season preparations are already underway, with player assessments in progress as the club assembles its squad for its inaugural campaign. Goue Seuns FC is expected to unveil its technical team and playing squad in the coming weeks.
The club has called on supporters, local businesses and stakeholders to rally behind its vision as it embarks on a new chapter, with ambitions of establishing itself as a competitive force in South African football.
