Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane has announced his preliminary squad for next month’s back-to-back AFCON qualifiers against Benni McCarthy’s Kenya.
The first match will take place at Orlando Amstel Arena on Friday, 13 November, kick-off scheduled for 18:00.
The return fixture is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 November, in Nairobi.
The upcoming double-header will carry much significance for Coach Pitso Mosimane’s charges as they’ll be eyeing two wins to remain in control of Group D.
Aden McCarthy has been included after his fine performances in the UEFA Champions League with Sabah FK, while Boitumelo Radiopane also made the squad.
Luke Le Roux and Mbekezeli Mbokazi have also returned to the 38-man selection after missing out on the previous squad.
Uncapped duo Nkosikhona Radebe of AmaZulu and Nqaba Xulu of Richarsds Bay also made the selection of Mosimane.
Shandre Campbell and Yanela Mbuthuma have surprisingly been left out in the prelim squad despite providing assists.
Tickets for the Soweto encounter are available at R100 for adults and R40 for children aged five to 12.
Gates will open at 15:00, and supporters must purchase at least one adult ticket before buying children’s tickets.
