Marumo Gallants have confirmed the return of midfielder Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo, bringing back a familiar face who previously starred for the club between 2021 and 2022. The 30-year-old enjoyed a standout first spell, guiding Gallants to Nedbank Cup glory in 2021 and playing a pivotal role in their run to the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals the following year.

In a post on X, the club said: “We are excited to officially announce the return of Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo, an attacking midfielder who previously played for Marumo Gallants FC in 2021-2022. Let’s give him a warm welcome!”

Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates have confirmed the departure of Congolese midfielder Karim Kimvuidi, who has joined Israeli Premier League side FC Ashdod on a season-long loan deal, with an option to buy at the end of the term. The move is expected to give the 22-year-old a chance to rejuvenate his career, having struggled for playing time at the Buccaneers!

Pirates announced: “Orlando Pirates Football Club can confirm the departure of Karim Kimvuidi, who joins FC Ashdod on a season-long loan deal with the option to buy at the end of the term.”

The two were teammates at Orlando Pirates for the past few seasons.
