The Betway Premiership action will return on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 with four matches taking place across the country.

This past weekend saw MTN8 quarter-final action with some major disappointments. Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs were knocked out after a 1-0 loss to Golden Arrows at FNB Stadium on Sunday evening.

However, their biggest rivals Orlando Pirates advanced to the semi-finals with a 2-1 win against Durban City while Mamelodi Sundowns beat Polokwane City 3-2 to also secure a spot in the last four.

Tuesday will see Marumo Gallants return to the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace when they host newly promoted side Kruger United. The match also marks a return to the venue for Gallants who have since relocated from Free State to the North West.

Chippa United will host Richards Bay at the Dobsonville Stadium. The club made a decision to take their next two home matches to the iconic Dobsonville Stadium in Soweto while their regular home venues undergo renovations.

Seshego Stadium will once again host a Betway Premiership match when Polokwane City host Stellenbosch FC. It is Polokwane’s first home fixture of the season.

The other fixture of the day will see TS Galaxy host last season’s runners-up Mamelodi Sundowns at the Mbombela Stadium. All the matches kick-off at 19:30.
