Fire Sniper FC were crowned champions of the second edition of the LALIGA Madrid Derby Fan Festival after defeating Bakoneba FC 1-0 in the final at Shaka Stadium in Soshanguve.
Held on 19 and 20 September, the festival featured an expanded eight-team community football tournament, following the inaugural four-team edition. Fire Sniper FC reached the final after drawing 1-1 with Cry Eleven FC before winning 4-2 on penalties.
The two-day event also featured local entertainment and fan activities, with performances from T-Man Xpress, BigBaller CEO and Zelaa Force.
Following the tournament, supporters watched the Madrid Derby between Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid, with Atlético securing a 2-1 victory.
The festival was organised by LALIGA in partnership with SportyBet and Shaka Sports, bringing together grassroots football, entertainment and supporters in Soshanguve.
