Orlando Pirates have confirmed the signing of Norwegian striker Sebastian Pedersen from Sogndal Football on a two-year contract, with the club holding an option to extend the deal by a further season.
The 27-year-old arrives in Soweto after an impressive spell in the 2026 Norwegian First Division, where he scored eight goals and registered one assist in 14 league appearances, underlining his goalscoring pedigree.
Pedersen becomes the latest addition to Abdeslam Ouaddou squad as the Buccaneers continue to strengthen ahead of the new season, with the club hoping his finishing ability and experience will bolster their attacking options in domestic and continental competitions.
The Norwegian forward now embarks on a new chapter in South African football as Pirates look to build a squad capable of challenging for silverware across all competitions.
